How do you list an eBay item as "Buy it Now"?

I'm trying to sell something on ebay and all I can get is the "place bid" button to show up and was wondering how to get the "buy it now" button to show up?

Where you type in the "starting bid" there should be another open field next to it to type in "buy it now" price (if you only want "BIN" then don't place a price for your starting bid.
