How do you load a picture?

I want to put a picture with me and my brothers and sisters on here for the little picture on the side. How do I do that?

You click on My Profile in the top-righthand corner of the screen, and then click Edit My Info, where you should see a section for choosing what kind of picture you want to use as your avatar.

Click My Profile, then click Edit My Info.

Go to your 360 and click 'edit photos'. Then upload the pic you so choose. It will then take you back to the home screen. Then go back to your photos and click on 'set as primary'. Come back to Y!A and if you don't see it right away hit refresh. Or sign out and sign back in.
