How do you load the gilmore girls onto 3rd generation ipod nano 4gb?

I got an ipod nano a few days ago and would like to load my gilmore girls dvd onto it but I don't know how. Please help!

You can use Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to directly convert your own dvd or videos to ipod. It works great for me.

first use something like DVDDecrypter or DVDShrink(just google these) and rip the dvd to your hard drive, the instructions are pretty simple, but if you need help jsut google 'how to rip a dvd with ____' and THEN, the best thing i've used is PSP Video 9, it converts the raw movie files to something your ipod (or my PSP) can play, and also compresses them down so you can fit more (with not a lot of quality loss, if you compress it to the right resolution. )

like, heres what i do to put Pirates of the Caribbean on my PSP

1. rip only the movie file and the english sound file from the dvd using dvd decrypter.

2. open psp video 9 and transcode that video file to 240x480 resolution (i think thats the one for PSP)

3. psp video 9 automatically keep tabs on al the files i've transcoded, so i jsut plug in my memory stick, (or the wire from the PSP) and click move to device.

4. hop on a plane and enjoy my movie on my PSP

no worries about legality, under the free use act anyone can rip, convert, and copy the files of movies they own to their portable devices using any software out there.

oh and since the gilmore girls is a tv show, when you rip the movie files, you're going to want to pick the ones with the largest file size, those will be the episodes, the others are the menus and special features
