The university should have a list of contacts of companies who supply loft beds in the local area. Call them up and they'll drop one off in your dorm room to build (if its a wooden one) or they'll just put it in your dorm if its made of metal.

ask your college.......they have loft kits usually.......or ask the hardware store too..

Most universities have very strict requirements for loft beds, probably for good reasons.  Contact the student housing office and they should have a policy paper that spells out what is acceptable (and what is not).
