How do you log in Neopets without the birth date information?

I haven't been on Neopets in a while and I remember my username and correct password but the only problem is my remembering my birthdate! I must've forgotten the birthdate I entered because apparently everytime I login I have the incorect birthdate. What should I do? I'm not going make a new account...

Well, my friend had the same problem and she had to create a new account. But if I was her and really want to get back my account here's what I will do. If you gave neopets your fake year of birth, it is still possible but if you wrote your fake day and month of birth, it will be super hard. I wrote every possible year on a piece of paper from 2008 to 1901. Let's say my real birth is 14th August 1998. So the first possible year will 1901. So you put your birth as 14th August 1901 until 2008. All the best :).

I just don't enter in my birthday. It works for me. But if that doesn't work for you, I'm afraid you are probably stuck just creating a new account.

It's your fault for not giving them your real birthday.

I'm afraid if you can't guess it, you are stuck. Always use your real birthday in the future. You can try to fill in the "forgot password" information and attempt to get your account back, but you will have to know very specific things about the account that only the owner could know. (Things like what books have your pets read, neofriends names, e-mail address associated with the account, etc.)

Probably best to just create a new account and start over.

you are going to need a neofriend that you already have.

you must have a patient neofriend.

your neofriends know your age, but not your birthdate.

unfortunately, they might have to keep checking your age every day for an entire year. that's the only way though. when they see your age change, that reveals your birthday.
