How do you look after a potted pepper plant?

thanks for any sensible help guys :D and yes, i mean the red vegetable. or is it a fruit? sorry i am rambling now, just tell me about conditions it needs to grow in, etc...

  1. Its a tropical plant.So humidity,warm soil and moist,but draining soil.Feed with potash to encourage fruiting between april and sept.It prefers a deep humus rich soil.Not too much direct sunlight


  2. When I was a young man we raised them every spring and summer...........but it's nice to work the soil gently around the plant..........feed it.......put a bug powder on it early.....water it.....and see that it gets a lot of sun. Just like me.
