How do you look up a person with just a Phone #?

i am trying to locate someone for legal reasons, all i have is his phone number, which i think is a cell, all i have is the city and the number and the dates and times it was made, is there a way to get his name or address with just his phone number?

to get the billing address and name the phone is in:

yup go to whitepages.com click reverse lookup type in the phone number and it will give you who it belongs to and their adress.

yes if it's a bad thing you are going through you can have the police help even if it is a cell phone they can get you the name and adress of the person on the account the only thing you need to give them is the number and let them know what's going on. good luck

yes. i had a number call my cell phone the other day and i didn't no who it was so i went on Google and searched up "phone directory" then i typed in the # and the name of who it was came up
