How do you loose 14lbs in 2 weeks?

i have put on loads of weight. and i brought this gorgeous dress a few months ago 4 this big party in two weeks time and it don't fit me no more and i really want to wear it

  1. SOUTH BEACH DIET!!!!! i went on it, and i've been losing 1-2 pounds a day. that will definitely get you down 14 pounds in 2 weeks. oh, and read the south beach diet book...you can probably find it at your library if you dont want to buy it. its really good and tells you exactly what to eat and how much and everything. =]


  2. run non stop, eat ver little food, and make it healthy.  

  3. Do as much running as possible .. whenever you are free that is. And only eat negetive calories (and not many of them negetive calories) x

  4. you should do at lest 1 our of excersise  a day eat portion sizes no junk fod go for long runs do crunches and sit ups and do NOT starve yourself but it is almost impossible to lose 14 pounds in only 2 weeks next time wait to buy your dress

  5. It's not a realistic goal to be honest. 1-2 pounds a week to lose is what you can expect by taking in fewer calories and working out 3 times a week (one hour per session). I would suggest you consider buying a new dress. There are tons of deal now. Good luck.
