How do you lose chest fat ?

if your 13 and lift weights to try to get rid of it is that bad and could i get any ideas on how to lose it

  1. You shouldn't really be doing too much weights when your 13 it interferes with your growth. Your fat just might be baby fat and will probaly end up going away. You can visit your gym and they have certain weights to target particular areas. I myself use some equipment which targets my chest area but I can't remember the exact name of it :)

    Also you CAN target areas of fat, some places harder then others. For example if all you did was ride a bike your legs would get stronger. Your arms wouldnt. Its not about losing weight its about toning.


  2. If you want to get rid of chest fat, do Push-Ups and go out and play a sport with some friends. Running burns fat all over in general, and Push Ups really do wonders. I would recommend starting with 150 push ups per day and play a sport with some friends whenever you can. It's the summer, so go enjoy yourself. However, avoid eating too much fatty food - that'll just make it harder. Cheers!

  5. Sorry, but weight lifting does nothing to burn fat without including cardio into your workout.  Do some research on the internet...there's no such thing as spot reducing fat.
