  1. Run run run. Just look at long distance runners- ie skinny.


  2. try to lay off some carbs. not completely but less and also protein. protein builds muscle. you need carbs to burn calaries but you also gain water weight with those carbs. or something like that. the ratio of carbs to water is 1 molecule of a carbohydrate to 4 molecules of water. it is actualy bad to starve yourself. surprisingly its actually better to eat lots but small portions. like small healthy snacks throught the day rather than 3 large meals a day cause it keeps your body going rather than digesting the food in those meals at the same time. hope that helps.

  4. By starving yourself.  If your starving yourself your body tends to get rid of your muscle.  But why would anyone want to get rid of muscle? Doesn't make sense.

  5. don't eat fatty and sweet foods such as chocolate, sweets, crisps and fast food, try to eat lots of fruit and veg, and eat 3 meals a day, and also if you can try exercising 3 times a week like doing running or cycling or any type of cardio will do and don't do any weightraining. hope i helped

  6. if you starve yourself. when you're happy with your weight and start eating again. you'll just put weight on. just don't do any exercise that involves weight lifting or anything like that. go for a jog and ride a bike. eat three small healthy meals a day. cut down on your carbs, and when you do eat carbs eat wholemeal. don't eat junk food. its just like any diet. if you stop working out the parts of your body where your gaining muscle the muscle will go itself.
