How do you lose the fat on your thigh?

I have a fast metabolism. So every time I eat, most of the fat comes down to my thigh. How do I lose the fat without buying expensive workout machines?

  1. what? i have fast metobolism and my thighs are fat too! i didn't know all the fat went to my thighs!!


  2. You can't target weight loss, short of surgical procedures such as liposuction. Where your body distributes fat is determined by a combo of hormones and genetics, neither of which are advisable to tamper with unless you have some serious counselling first.

    However, you can target muscle gain by choosing your main form of exercise. And muscle gained in an area will tend to make the fat in that area less visible. Walking is a good way to build leg muscle, which will tend to make thigh fat less visible.


  3. Start walking. You lose a lot of weight on your lower body, and make muscle. When you are very comfortable with walking, start running, and you'll make a little more muscle.

    It doesn't take a lot to lose weight on your legs, just a little time. ^_^

  5. walking, jogging, running, riding a bike will all help a lot.  to tone the inner thigh, you might have to do specific exercises, like plies or lunges.
