  5. Yoga will help get you toned & slender & Barry's Bootcamp will kick the "p**p" out of you...lol. I've only used it for 2 weeks, and I've lost 3 inches off my waist....that's CRAZY!!

    Also, eat more lean meats (skinless chicken b*****s - delicious on the George Foreman Grill), fish, ground chicken/turkey, and 97% lean beef, fresh fruit & veggies (either fresh or buy the frozen ones in the bag w/o salt). Don't forget to drink PLENTY of water & lay off the fast food, if you eat it a lot. You will lose the weight, I'm tellin' you, if you follow these guidelines. Good luck!

  9. I personally take ephedrine and vitamins. Side effects include: eating only once a day max (four 25mgs of ephedrine will keep you active throughout the day and not once will you think about food. ). Which is why I make sure to take vitamins.

    It'll make you a little jittery (similar to caffeine) and thirsty. I usually drink a lot of water when I take them.

    It does work for me. Is it the most healthy way? I don't know nor care. All I know is that it works.

    you dont have to avoid eating anything the secret is in eating very slow and chewing your food very veryy well..what this does is that when it gets into your body it is way easier to digest and to proportionate the vitamins faster and avoids the storage of unnecessary content in your body that only takes away energy and in time to time affect your body in many ways causing head aches and mood changes even cause those so very unnecesary wrinkles. Yes manny people think that we dont need to chew THAT much because our body "imediatelly destroyes" all that remains, but thats the error that many of us commit, and start to get used to just touch the food wth our tongues and chew once or twice, and because youre so hungry and it smells soo good you just pass it almost entire. well if you want to avoid all extra storage just chew as well as you can porrible chew because in that depends how weight youre gonna loose, and if at some point you feel that what youve been chewing has become a sort of mass thats is  totally unnecessary to eat and its meat then all that fiber was what your body was gonna keep inside compressed and causing problems so dont eat that..it might sound strange but its true, i used to do that when i was little and everytime i saw mny doctor he congratulated my mother because i was in exellent conditions. I stopped doing it because at restaurants well one cant eat very very slow there because who ever is with you may think youre bored or not hungry. and another reason i stoped was because when i ate meat and didnt eat the empty fiber and put it on a napkin it was totally unacceptable. you might recall the french eating and sudenlly putting something on their napkins from a movie, well they did that. every one should do it, but it takes patience as i told you earlyer.

    well do that! and when you get up drink a cold greapejuice and then before you have breakfast just run for 30 minutes in the morning and you'll be burning calories all day with that..if y9u need to seriously loose alot alot of weight then do another 30 minutes in the afternoon.

    i did this and i lost 2 dress sizes in 2 days and it didnt just fit me well it fit me great and sculptured my body

    i highly recomend triying this. choose whats right for body, and even adopt this as a daily basis depending on the great results your gonnaa get. even ask your doctor about it i already did and he told me averybody should eat like that.

    ooo and dont forget to use lotion not only to enhance your skin in that new body of yours ;) but to avoid any marks for loosing weight soo fast.

    and drink water so your skin will be radiant and

  13. Read up on the Master Cleanse. It's not a diet and not a permanent way to lose weight, but it can help you lose some pounds in a couple of weeks.

Juicing is a great way to lose weight and become healthier.  Juicing the right fruits and vegetables will give you energy and emotional stamina.  What seems to be good for me is juicing mango, an orange peeled, an apple, some berries (especially red raspberries) and fresh pineapple in the morning.  Then about 45 min later I eat some high fiber foods (muffins with nut meal, whole wheat, flax meal, oat flour, egg and buttermilk sweetened slightly with molasses or high fiber cereals and an egg or two).  This dietary start of my day helps curb my appetite and makes it easier to stick to healthier meal choices the rest of the day.  

    Mid afternoon I make myself a vegetable cocktail adding an apple.  What works for me is one apple, two carrots, two ribs of celery, one cucumber, handful of flat leaf parsley, a small beet, two Roma tomatoes, and a dash or two of cayenne pepper.  For a big energy boost you can add a half inch of fresh ginger.  Also a good immune booster is adding a clove or two of garlic if you don't mind the smell (garlic oil capsules work just fine--not in the juice--just take it with your veggie cocktail).  There are loads of books with juicing recipes that are designed to help what ails you---just look up juicing on the web.  

    Remember to never let yourself get to the point of feeling like you are starving.  Have some nuts or other high fiber and yogurt snacks in between meals to sustain energy and surpress your appitite.



    Sorry for rambling.  I recently bought an Omega multitask machine and it is wonderful.  It uses augger technology so that there is no heat to deplete nourishment of foods you grind.  I am able to have fresh juice daily and grind my own nuts and grains and seeds, make nut butter, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and slushes.  

    The way I satisfy my ice cream cravings--when I am strong enogh!---is by mixing a variety of berries with plain whole milk yogurt and then freeze it in ice cube trays then use the Omega machine to grind about five cubes into my favorite ice cream bowl.  If the plain yogurt is too tart for you add a little honey when mixing or pour a bit of dark chocolate syrup on it while eating it.
