How do you lose weight in your thighs?

my thighs aren't that big,but i want to loose some weight, make them smaller, anyone have any exercises i could do or something.

  1. biking, if not then nip tuck


  2. Exercise like bicycling, walking etc.

  3. Well I'm a fitness coach i know a lot about fitness and exercise.

    1) Eat grapes,bananas,and passion fruit yogurt for breakfast or a snack.

    2)Go for a jog or a quick run around a field.

    3)Join a gym.

    4)Do some simple practises of burp es which is when you stand up then it looks like your doing a push up then go to the push up position then but not real one then put your legs in and out then up and down and up.

    5)changing your eating habits

    6)Do exercises around your thighs

  5. my thighs are muscular because I run and horseback ride. I also do some exercises with an exercise ball and it helps too...
