  1. Try the Lil Jack Workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  2. No matter how you slice it, diet is a dirty word. It smacks of deprivation and hunger pangs. To overcome the pain, you need a plan.

So WebMD asked the experts for advice, and put together their quick tips on how to get your weight lossgoing.

    1. Know Your Weight Loss Goals

    2. Understand Your Weight Loss Personality

    3. Double Up: Diet & Exercise

    4. Make a Firm Weight Loss Commitment

Finally, be sure you're committed to losing weight for yourself -- not because someone else is pressuring you to do so.

Then, take things slowly, keep these tips in mind, and you should be on the road to weight loss in no time.

  3. If i gain weight i drink chinese tea or green tea to lose weight

  4. Whatever she wants... It's hard to change anyone's habits; you have to want it yourself.

If she does, try taking a small amount out of the bag, and putting it on a plate, putting the bag away, and eating it at the table without reading, watching tv, or talking to someone, means you pay attention to what you are eating, and feel more satisfied, without eating a lot. Air popped (not microwaved with butter and stuff) popcorn is very healthy too.

As for fruits and veggies, have her try just small amounts of the more popular ones, like apples, oranges, berries.  The rule your mother (should have) taught you as a small child, 'Take three bites before you say you don't like it', is appropriate here.

  5. You exercise. Id say one of the best work outs for a 10-13 year old would be swimming!

If she eats mostly junk food though she will NEVER be a healthy girl. There is plenty of different food so no one can just write off all fruit and veg, try buying different types of Unprocessed food. If she really wants something like a burger buy mince meat, eggs, flour and make your own. Its so much better than the gunk and chemicals they put in processed foods.

She wants a sweet drink? Get a blender and make your own smoothies.

Wants chocolate? Chocolate isn't all that bad as long as you get the ones made without vegetable oil.

    Just a few ideas.

  6. simple, don't let them eat junk food and force fruits and vegetables down their throat.

  7. Her parents need to take more control of the situation and not make junk food available to her.  At that age, she does not need to be in control of what she eats.  Her parents should be in control.   She can learn to like fruits and veggies just as most people do.  There are lots of healty and interesting ways to serve fruits and veggies which might appeal more to her.

She needs to get active - less TV and computer time, and  more sports and outdoor activities.  She needs to walk everywhere and go for walks everyday.
