How do you lower a set of blinds ?

All my life I've never been able to figure out those three strings and how to lower the blinds, it takes me 5-10 minutes of struggling to finally get it all the way down. It's so easy to get them up and so hard to get them back down.

Sometimes one side seems to cooperate while the other one remains all the way the top, and that's just one of the many problems I have.

Can someone help me ? How are you supposed to work those things ?

well to lower blinds you take both the strings in your hand and bring them out to the side away from the window and you pull down slowly until the blinds come up. good luck =]]
