How do you lower the memory when sending videos?

I use a Mac. It is a video from Olympus.

I'm NOT a Mac user, but you need to save the video in a smaller format.

Usually when you are saving a video, you have the option to select the quality of the playback. For example, best quality for playback on a computer, DVD quality, PDA quality... etc.

Just pick a lower setting, then save the movie again
