How do you maintain self assurance around Scorpios?

Question

My scorpio friend sees all my faults very clearly and exposes me to them. Yet they want me to be more self-assured also. How can I get that boost of confidence around them so they don't break me down so easily?

I am a Taurus.

wow i must be a really nice scorpio bc i would rather eat dirt then make someone feel bad... if being around someone brings you down you really shouldnt be around them if you don't have to be.. when she says something like that look at her kinda give angry eyes and say " oh really THANKS ALOT YOUR EYES ARE SO MUCH BETTER THEN MINE!!!"

the fact that it's your scorpio FRIEND says what they're trying to do!!!they're trying to boost your self confidence not break you down and it's impossible to hide things from us scorpios..especially if we're your friend because we want to know every fault and beautiful things about the ones we love or care for..its in our nature...so just brighten up because it will help you in the long run

Dude im a Taurus too and my friend is a Scorpio and he is just like that,heres what i do,i find stuff on him so when he does get me pissed i already have stuff on him,and they react to if your mad,so just act like it's all cool,they get annoying but you gotta have more confidence and dont take that S**t form him,i dont and now im the one who tells him his faults,and stand up for yourself,are you a real Taurus? I know i wouldnt take that S**t.

Everybody has flaws as well as merits.If the Scorpio is your well wisher and points our flaws to make you flawless whats wrong in accepting it and taking steps to rectify it.If the scorpio is a critic who has the hobby of finding faults with others don't give him/her the satisfaction of doing it.Either ignore the comments or do it back to them.

I agree with Sexi Scorp. It's not that he is telling you your faults to be mean or critical- he's telling you, your weaknesses possibly in a way, if you think about it cos Scorps are all about being strong characters,  poise and self-control so he's just giving you some insight on where you may need to armor up on. You have to understand on where he/she's coming from- cos they are great at hiding their weaknesses from their opponents so their enemies don't use their own weaknesses against them as weapons- so in doing this, wouldn't you say that he is doing you a favor cos unless a Scorpio considers a friend a really good friend wouldn't normally do something like this. No point in trying to hide them from Scorps cos they are masters at deciphering peoples intentions and personalities and can see through anyone without even breaking a sweat. No need to worry- not until you cross them anyways cos it's a good possiblity they will counter attack by using your weaknesses against you depending on how bad you PO one off. Scorpios are strong and expect no less from their friends. They are great friends to have cos they are loyal and protective.

He's not trying to break you down, atleast I wouldn't think so - I think more like trying to toughen you up so this way others don't break you down. It's a rough world out there.

Just be relaxed, be yourself, and try to be comfortable. Honesty is more appreciated.

You should also keep in mind that if your friend is a Scorpio and you are truly viewed as a friend, your friend will be very loyal to you.

are you a taurus and you let them do that 2 you , come on!!! i am a taurus too and every time someone not just scorpios try to pull out my faults i ignore them,i believe blindly in my self, i am confident, that criticism just show how insecure they are ... come on!! you got to have a strong weird ascendant or moon to act like that
