I eat these at one of the Korean restaurants all the time. It's quartered Red B or Yukan Potatoes, fried (I guess) and looks like they mix it with mayonaise or something. Then the other is I guess made the same but instead, it is spicy hot but does not have a taste of Kim Chee.

  1. ummm.. I am Korean and I have made potato salads before, but  could you possibly define it better? There are many differing styles. A picture link would be great.

I know how to make one that is made out of mayonnaise, but isn't spicy hot like you described.

This is probably the best for that style.

Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and cube.

Mix peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, sesame oil, sesame seeds and ginger powder in a serving bowl.
