How do you make Picture clips?

its a picture, but it moves as a quick clip with no sound...how do you make one?

in windows movie maker, drag your picture(s) to up line of timeline. drag the music file you want to the down line of the timeline. then adjust timing. if time line has only one line, click on plus sign and it wiil be two.

you can use microsoft powerpoint..insert a picture for each slide and then watch it as a slide show.

or if you want to make it more fancy, use windows movie maker..thats a bit more complicated that powerpoint, i think.
