How do you make Ross, Amelia and Ewan super trainees in Fire Emblem 8/ Sacred Stones?

okay beat the game twice in seprate slots (once through ephraim's route and once through erika's route) the third time  after you get ewan/amelia/ross to level 10 you'll have the option of having them be the same class/ super trainee get that and to have them promote from the super trainee you need a promotion item that time

If you train them to level ten they change classes Amelia can change to a cavalier or a knight. Ewan can change into a mage or a shaman. Ross can change into a pirate or a fighter
