How do you make Yu-Gi-Oh! Booster Packs?

I'm holding my own tournament soon at home and want to make some booster packs to put some winning cards into as prizes. Any ideas on how to make good looking booster packs?

I really don't think you can make a booster pack unless you have the right equipment, but why don't you buy booster packs?  You can buy sealed booster packs online as well as sealed tournament packs.  The websites that i buy from are trollandtoad.com and toywiz.com

buy just plain packs with no cards in them. They're bound to be on e-bay.
