How do you make a banner to where people click on it and it goes to my own website?

use html tags. first of all get a picture of your banner you'll be using. then upload the banner to photobucket or tinyurl or somewhere else. then treat the banner as a normal link.

so your code should be: <a href="http://www.linktowebsite.com" target="_blank><img src="upload the image to like photo bucket or something and then paste the image source here"> </a>

i do not have any of these programs so don't ask me how to do it but here goes:

     There might be a few web based or free programs like this but you will need photoshop or GIMP to do it.  Make your banner, then i think you can add a link and get a code to start positing it.  You also might have to add the banner to photobucket and get a code from there.  Hope this helps.
