It is also similar with Microsoft Excel 2003, above the standard toolbar, just click insert then charts.. ---> standard types select bar and edit as you desire (font) __

In Excel 2003 there is a very useful Wizard available to help take you through the process and I presume it must be the same or similar in 2007.  To start it, click the icon on the Standard toolbar just to the right of the sort (AZ) icons, that looks like a column graph.
