To make a simple one, take an empty toilet paper roll, put a balloon (Not inflated) on the end so that the rubber is taunt stick a bb in the open end, pinch the BB with the Balloon on the other end, pull, aim, and shoot. You can also make one with an Air Compressor BUT thats to much to put on here.
