  1. I often make a bow from the paper in which I've wrapped a gift.  Cut strips about 3/4" wide (about 18-19mm) and just over twice as long as you want you bow to measure across.  For example, if you want a 4" (10cm) bow, cut your strips about 4.5" (13cm) long.  Loop the strip around and glue the ends together so you have a flat, non-twisted loop.  Overlap about 1/3" (8mm) or so.  Flatten each one in the middle and carefully staple 4 of them together, rotating by 45 degrees each time.  Make one very short strip (3" or 8mm long) and glue it to make a little bitty loop.  Glue that loop into the center of the bow to hide your staples.

If this isn't what you meant, feel free to email me with more details and I'll try again.  I haven't heard the word "scene bow" before, so you could start by clarifying that.  I know several other types of bows, so I may be able to help once I know what you really mean.

  2. Make it from paper. I Googled it and not much came up. It looked like  you make 2 loops and criss cross them ,not much to it ;)))
