I bought the machine used and it didnt have a manual. its a one step buttonholer. I have two types of button hole feet from other machines but could not get them to work on this machine. One was for a riccar and the other for singer. I was hoping someone out there would have the same model. I have searched the enternet and all i have been able to find is manual for sale.

  1. First check your owner's manual.  No help then google the manufacturer.  Last resort go to the shop that sold you the machine and take some lessons.

  2. There should be a button hole attachment in your tool kit.  Remove the Pressure foot you now have on the machine, replace it with the proper foot - then follow the  numbers 1-2-3 on your dial- a- stitch display.  Be sure to mark the place you want the button hole to be at with a dressmakers pencil, or a washable marker, reset the thread tension number, before you start.  Everything should be explained in your manual.  Once you get the hang of it, you will make them all the time. Put some tear-away fibre under the garment too.

    good luck.
