  1. When your phone card prompts you for the number, dial 011, then the country code for Morocco (212), then the 8-digit local phone number.

  2. first I dial my calling cards access number which is 1-800-315-9339 and then it probts me do dial the number for Morocco is 212 and then the number!!!

look on your card you must have a toll-free access-number!!

  3. There should be an instruction in the calling card. Find your state so you can find the toll-free number that you should dial.

After dialing the number, some calling cards ask you to press a certain digit that they give you for choices of languages (for example, the machine says press 1 for English, press 2 for Spanish).

Then it would ask you your PIN number. That's the one written at the calling card, too (the one that you have to scratch it with a coin).

After that, it would ask you to dial the number you want to call. Usually calling cards have instructions on the digits to press first before the number you want to call. For example, I lived in the Philippines and our number there was, say (045)867-1234. Before dialing that number (if you're calling from the US), the calling card has instructions written at the back telling you to press 1+area code (in the Phils, it's 63)+45-887-6088 or something like that.

    Hope this helps.

  4. You would have to follow the instructions on the card, then dial the number. Usually this involves calling a 1-800 access number and following the prompts. Dialing direct you would dial 011-212 then the number.
