How do you make a client.silabsoft.org server?

i want to make a server but i have no idea how and i don't want to make a site like it just a server please tell me how to make one.

step 1 download jdk 6 update 7

step 2 go to moparscape forums and click rs2 downloads and look for a source

step 3 download source but make sure its a file before u download

step 4 make an account on no-ip.com and download it

step 5 go to no-ip.com download thing and log in and click add host

step 6 make a name of server and click ok

step 7 go to ur downloaded source file and click compile and type r then click enter this will start ur server

step 8 go to client.silabsoft.org and make a username and pass

step 9 for the server ip type localhost and login note:keep ur sources compiler running as u login so u can get on

step 10 edit ur server
