  1. At the very least, you will need a pot, a strainer, and some coffee filters (you can try a doubled clean handkerchief).

Bring two or three cups of water to a boil.  While the water is heating, line your strainer with the coffee filter or handkerchief.  Add two tablespoons of coffee to the strainer.  When the water comes to a boil, pour it over the coffee in the strainer and let the water drip into a cup.  Be sure to pour the water so that all the grounds are saturated, and do not pour more than your cup will hold. shake a pinch of salt into the cup if the coffee is bitter.

It is crude, but it will give you a good cup of drip coffee.

If you don't have a strainer, bring water to a boil, dump in a tablespoon of coffee grounds per cup.  Boil for a minute, remove from the heat and dump in a half cup of cold water, and pour into your cup.  You can strain it through a clean handkerchief to keep grounds out of your cup.

That will do for tonight, tomorrow, go buy an electric coffee pot.

    Doc

  2. One teaspoon of ground coffee to one cup of boiling water, anyway it is depend on what type of coffee you have, some they roasted pure coffee beans, some add butter and sugar while they roast to make the coffee thick and strong aroma, but one teaspoon to one cup is safe, you might add more if you need your coffee stronger.Good luck
