If you can find the old game Operation you will see how it works.  You have to make circuits using wires, maybe paper fasteners, and batteries.  Then you have to make a way to open and close the circuits, and arrange a signal such as a light or a buzzer.  For example you can make a simple matching game with a hidden wire connecting the two choices that go together (for example, "do not" and "don't") and a light goes on if you make the correct choice.
