How do you make a flyer with pull off tabs?

I've seen the flyers with pull off tabs that people put up on bulletin boards and I'd like to make one because I have a room available; need to get some interest for it. What program can I use? I tried Word, but when I insert Word Art it doesn't rotate the text the way I need it to.

  1. Here's the general way, using Word XP (2002) and probably adjacent versions.

    1. Enter the text you want above the tear-off tabs.

    2. Click on the Table->Insert->Table menu item.

    3. Enter a 1 in the Number of Columns text box.

    4. Enter a 1 in the Number of Rows text box.

    5. Click OK.

    6. Right-click in the cell and select Text Direction.

    7. Pick the vertical orientation you want.

    8. Click OK.

    9. Put your text in the cell.

    10. Add more cells to the right and copy-and-paste the text into them.

    That should do it.

  2. you make the paper, and put numbers ect, diagonal, and then cut them so you just have to pull to get it to rip off.
