How do you make a free call from your computer? I have Windows Vista and i want to know how to call ppl from the computer

You can make computer to computer free calls using a heck lot of software out of which yahoo messenger stands out to its name. But you cant make free calls to phone( possibly u may get a max of 10 min free trail). keep in mind that everything is not free in this earth

Get Skype. If you call some one else that has skype the call is free. Get it at http://www.skype.com/intl/en/ for free and tell your friends to get it.

Some internet phone providers (Yahoo, Skype, etc) allow you free minutes if you call another computer and sometimes offer free minutes to call a house or cell phone.  There's also an IM serive called Myiprelay where if you add that name to your buddy list you can call any phone by following the instructions it gives.
