How do you make a gameing fourm site for nintendo games?

i would really like to make one i mean a full fleged one were like if you post alot you get things like stars if your a mod you get a symble stuff like that so how do i make one

get an internet domain. Set up a forum. Post a topic title for discussion. Leave the rest to visitors.

You can build a website for free on www.freewebs.com. They also have a forum option, to add to your site. You don't really need any experience in making websites to use this, either. It's fairly easy.
