(Not sure what you mean by you're "making a script on one"?) If you're talking internet ads, be bold, catchy in the headline, and state the benefits to the user. i.e., "How to (do whatever)".

Also depends on how long the ad should be... as another person answered, depends if its offline or online advertising. In most cases, keeping it brief and to the point (but catchy!) is most effective.

Creating an extraordinary advertisement whether it be for print, web, or tv requires inspiration. You need to creatively write the copy for the advertisement paying attnetion to how it may be perceived by potential customers. Make sure to point out what the business/product/service you are advertising can do for them.
