1. You ask for wheat bread

2. You ask for all the veggies (can you ask for more than they give? Or is it rude?)

3. Sauce?, not Mayo, what kind of sauce is good to go along with the sandwich?

After all that have been done, what now?

    no pepper

    and ya wheat bread

and try to get some vinnegar on it :) then theyll rap it and ull pay for your 5

    5 dolla

    5 dolla foootttlongggg

  2. ask for mustard, it has no fat and almost no calories

  3. The bread type should not matter too much because the wheat is not whole-wheat. There is no harm in requesting extra veggies on your salad or sandwiches. I do it all the time. Also if you prefer mayonnaise, they do offer light mayo. Don't forget you may choose to have cheese on your sandwich or you can omit it. Remember that there are 340 calories in the Subway Veggie Delight (cheese, No Mayo).

    Good Luck!

  4. you could ask for more.  Some people are grimier than others.  I like sweet onion sauce.  I also like oil and vinegar.

  5. i have italian herbs and cheese bread with single cheese, lettace, tomato, onion, cucumber and mayo toasted :)

but sure you can ask for more vegies they will be please to find someone who wants them for a change, they spend there time cutting thm up and everyone is like "meatball marinara on white, no salad" haha !

  6. seeee i go for a itallian herb and cheese breat with chicken breast lettuce tomato and Jallepino peppers with ranch dressing....... Yummmmmmm Oh and its gotta be toasted with Cheese!

  7. I prefer the sweet onion sauce on my subway sandwhich i LUBB IT!! <3333

  8. I LOVE the Veggie Delight at Subway!

I always get wheat bread (200 calories...lowest on their website).

I ask for all of the veggies with EXTRA pickles (yum!).  They always do it, no problem.  Like someone said, some people are stingier than others, but they will always do it.

Okay, sauce-wise, if I'm really feeling that I want to be healthy, JUST vinegar - no calories.  I don't think the oil would add too much considering you aren't getting cheese or anything.  You could also do mustard, fat free honey mustard, or the sweet onion sauce -- all those without much calories.

**If you ever feel like adding something a little *bad* to your veggie delight (extra pickles of course), try the southwest chipotle sauce (100 calories a serving).  Yes, it's bad for you, but SO delicious when you want to splurge.  :)

    Now I'm hungry!!!!

  9. Of course you can ask for more than what the give lol! That's why you get to watch them make it.. you custom make it to your liking. Get all the veggies you like, it'll be healthy enough.
