  1. Pine tar

  2. You can wrap some tape on it to improve your grip.

  3. My dad uses double sided packaging tape on his stick. Also another method could be to use elmers glue? I saw this on an Easton stick forum.

  4. You buy the sticks that have grip.

You could try rubbing stick wax on it.

  5. ...one way is to flip your hockey tape and use tape to stick it sticky-side out. I used to do that at the top of my stick, after making the grooves for my gloves to settle into.

  6. On my old wood stick, I wrapped the area where my lower hand would typically be. I've seen other people wrap tape from the top of the stick to the bottom of the shaft, so it looks like a candy cane. Probably adds a little extra grip. I've heard of people putting hair spray on their sticks so it'll be tacky, but I dono how that'd affect your gloves.

  7. This is a spray on grip for sticks that do not come with grip.

There are other products on the market like this one, check with your local pro-shop or some of the online hockey stores.

  8. When my dad taught me how to tape my stick, for the top, let out a strip of tape, however long u need, then hold on to the end, and spin the roll of tape around, this will, give you a sticky stick that will stick to your stick

  9. you can buy sticks pre- gripped, but there is some stuff you can put on a non- gripped one if you want i think.
