How do you make a homemade plastic doll?

Alright, well i'm very curious as to how you can make a plastic doll. What are some of the supplies you need?

Also, how do you make hair for the doll?

I'm trying to make some of the dolls for my upcoming killer doll movie. Does anyone know of any good sites?

I used to work at Micheals. They have a ridiculous amount of doll making things. The body base, the hair, eyes...whatever you need. Michaels is just fantastic.
