How do you make a magazine cover on photoshop CS3?

im really bored so i figured that you can make a magazine cover on photoshop so is there anyone that can help me do this because i was thinking about doing this article and stuff just for fun so i would like you guys to put it in simple words because im really new on photoshop.... THNX!!! like step by step...

open a new document and make it the dimensions that you want your magazine to be, don't forget the back cover and the spine.

That's so cool. I've done simple magazine covers in Photoshop too. It involves a lot of photo manipulation, cropping, and layers but it's so fun.
