How do you make a makeshift cat harness out of a slip lead? ?

I need to give my cat a bath and my old groomer showed me how to loop the slip lead appropriately around my cat's legs and neck so it won't choke her but will restrain her. Unfortunately, I can't remember the exact placement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way I was shown how to do a slip "harness" is fairly easy:  loop it around the cat's neck like you would a normal slip lead, then wrap the end of the lead around the cat's chest (behind the forelimbs), and bring it back up to the "ring" at the end of the slip lead.  Pull it through the ring, and there's your harness.

I hope you can visualize what I'm trying to say here.  It's kind of hard to type out directions.  If in doubt, perhaps you can go back to the groomer and ask for another demonstration?
