Any camera that shoots motion video will do, but some cameras shoot better quality than others.  Usually a camcorder will have better results than a camera that also happens to shoot motion video.

You need some software on your computer for video editing.  Your operating system probably came with something.

You should be able to go to Youtube and register for a free account then upload it.
