How do you make a neopets guild layout?

I used to know how but then TNT changed the filter and now the codes don't work. Could anyone give me a link, or even a code that makes the text boxes hover?

TNT is currently fixing the filters due to problems with scamming.

Basically all you have to do is change (all) your  <style> (or <style type="text/css">) to <style />  and </style> to </style />.

The coding will now be accepted. It also seems even though the style tags are 'broken' they will be correctly interpreted by FF, IE, Flock etc.

Use this fix at your own discretion.
