Question:

How do you make a paper bridge that can withstand 5kg? I can only use paper and glue as materials.?

it must be able 50cm and must be made out of paper and glue only! i can use paste, tape nothing...i need help!

  1. Cover it up in glue, let it dry, cover in glue, let it dry, etc. This will make the structure very strong because of the heavy coats of glue.


  2. Corrugate the paper (pleated like an accordian), fold it and lean the sheets against each other so that they form an "A" frame. Use lots of glue.  Connect the bottom legs, forming a triangle.  Build and connect multiple triangles along both axis (length and width), using their common sides, until your span is long enough.  The smaller your triangle building blocks are, and the wider your base is, the stronger your structure will be.
