How do you make a picture i took to have an url?

so im trying to make a myspace layout and i need a url (what ever that is) and i dont know how to turn a picture i took to have a url

any image online can be used, with <img src="url"> tag, places like photobucket and image shack can be used, though you can put images for myspace in myspace pics album, and link from there  as well,
