How do you make a piece of metal stick to another piece of metal?

This is my guitar stand that broke......any way to fix it without buying a new one?

  3. You might not have to.

    You could make a splint from wood or metal. Take 2 small hose clamps and slip them over the broken metal piece. (Slide out of the way.)  Use a flat clothespin and place one (flat side) to the side to the part that’s broken and repeat for the other side. Take one of the hose clamps and tighten it around the metal and wooden clothespin—repeat for the second hose clamp. This should be a temporary fix until you can replace the stand.

  5. weld it... or if its light metal u could try to tape it with ducktape (tacky, i kno! lol) or glue it with some super strong glue lol

    Maybe an epoxy glue ?

    Try contacting a Loctite dealer / technical department.

    Their glues are of very high quality.
