  1. drink NOS and eat subway, the nos is loaded wit all the vitamins and it will wake you up and subway is just good, i drink it everyday and i  can focus on whatever im doing. and amino acids are your proteins though. try going to vitamin store for working out and stuff you will find everything and want to buy everything, becareful on how much you drink i just ake one a day an drink it within an hor so i dont amp up too fast.
