How do you make a realistic park on RCT3?

I am wanting to make a park that is both cool and very realistic, plus it needs to have scenery. Any Ideas?

You could start your park on a sandbox, which means you have unlimited amount of money. You could design whatever you want, including complex buildings, water decorations, fireworks, etc. Then save the ones you like. When playing either career or other modes, simply load your creations.

Trying out new things is always the best option. If you need any parks ideas, download some parks made by experts or take a look at real amusement parks' arrangement. Six Flags, Kings Dominion.

Lots of times, just checking out other peoples' creations will give you good material to start your own parks.  Try this site for some downloadable parks:
