  1. well there different levels of sound qualities available and by saying "cinema" I take it that you mean higher quality. start off with a hd tv, then a 5.1 receiver with auto calibration. then get a blue ray player then 5 timbre matched speekers with a sub.

stay away from bose because for the money you can get way better speakers and thier sub is not really a sub. Set up your listening area with tv in the middle and speakers spread out as much as possible. try to put seating area in the middle.

  2. Place all the home cinema equipments in an isolated room or your own studio and fix all the connection wires/cables as in the instruction.Place if possible two loud speakers behind the couch so you'd be surrounded by the sound of the movies.

I fixed them that way,but perhaps now with newest models it would be more sophisticated, intergrated and easier.

  3. Surf over to ebay in my opinion. I have a home theatre worth maybe 5 grand and i paid nothing for it. Well not nothing, but it wasn't even a grand. Just have a bit of knowledge going in, the projector will be the most expensive.

  4. Get a projector screen at bestbuy and get a surround sound with a receiver, I like the 7.1 channel it makes it sound like a your really at the movies. Don't get the little speakers either, get floor speakers and bookshelf speakers that will make it look and sound like a real movie theater. In your home hope I helped.

  5. you go to your favorite electronics store ( Best Buy, Radio Shack, Circuit City, etc.) and you tell them you want to get everything for a PROJECTOR it's the same thing they use in the movies. The workers at the store will know what you're talking about.

    xD

  6. For a basic setup you will need the following at a minimum.

    1.  Projector

    2.  Stereo Receiver

    3.  5:1 Surround Sound

    4.  A Projector Screen

There are many makes and models so do dome shopping around.  Do NOT go to Best Buy or Circuit City unless you want to spend 4X more then if you do it yourself.
