How do you make a sick cat better??

Question

I have a kitten that is about 5 weeks old and it is sick it isn't eating and it isn't walking either. I think it might be constipated but i put a wet rag on its butt to see of it would p**p then i wiped its butt with a dry paper towel and blood came out what do you think is wrong with it?? Please please help me

Go to the vet ASAP! That kitten is probably very sick. My dog was like that too so when we turn on the lights ( the lights were out ) He had a seizure, take him quickly. He is probably very ill.

It needs to see a vet. No one can give you an accurate diagnosis or recommend treatment except a vet who has examined the kitten in person. Don't delay seeing the vet.

maybe one of its intestines or veins got cut...take it to the vet...NOW! Take a feed bottle meanwhile and put warm milk in it and feed it to him.

This sounds like a very young very ill kitty.  I would worry about a parasite problem, but the fact that he is not eating is very serious.

I'd take him to a vet ASAP- That will give him the best chance to survive.

If you noticed one of those symptons you noted you should ALWAYS take it to the vet. Bloody stool, no appetite, can't walk, constipation-VET NOW! Pleae get the poor soul to the vet NOW! If you want it to live, you'll be going to the vet NOW!
