Well i only know how in Strange Town... ok so go to a really high place in your house, outside then look through a tele-scope a couple times then you'll get ubducted keep doing it tell your pregnant. In one house there's a guy that's already pregnant..... Ewwww

Increase your sim's interest in paranormal by going to the store and buying those sorts of magazines. If that portion of it's interests are pretty high, get a telescope and spend a lot of time looking through it. Eventually, your sim will be abducted, and come back pregnant. (:

Male sims can have alien babies too.

I think you make them look into the telescope a long time, then they get abucted but when they come back, listen for baby music, and then it happens.
