  1. take pineapple juice, soy sauce and brown sugar and bring it to a boil. then take equal parts cornstarch and cold water mix and add a little at a time to your sauce keep adding until desired thickness just remember you have to boil the sauce after you add the cornstarch slurry to see how thick it will get and it cooks the starch flavor out of the sauce when you boil it too


  2. depends what you mean, there are 2 versions of Teriyaki, the thin marinade, made by basically adding a little soy sauce and sugar, and the thick glaze, which is going to be sugar, soy and usually another thickener (cornstart)... as for amounts, its up to your own preference.

  3. pre mix a little cold chicken broth with a teaspoon or so (depending on how much sauce you are making) of corn starch.  Add it to teriyaki sauce from a bottle in a small pan.  Simmer til thick.
